Classic, Intimate Ocean View Wedding

When Evan first asked Cassie out she declined. She continued to decline for six years before his persistence paid off. Once Cassie and Evan began to spend time together the compatibility was undeniable.

Evan proposed to Cassie in Colorado while on vacation with her and her family over the Fourth of July holiday weekend in 2016. His well-laid plans included taking her to a breathtaking spot with sweeping mountain views, but it took some convincing on Evan’s part. Cassie eventually agreed to join him next to the gazebo and enjoy the picturesque landscape; only to turn around and find him down on one knee! Of course, Cassie agreed to marry him! The fireworks that night were a little more special with her new fiancée by her side.

Cassie & Evan decided on the beautiful beach town of Santa Barbara, CA at Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore for their wedding. They knew that their friends and family would love the chance to vacation from Tulsa, OK in June’s summer heat. It was important to Cassie that the design be classic and elegant. She worked with Coco Rose Design to choose more modern elements like tropical foliage and orchid blossoms to compliment the clean lines and fresh color palette of white and green with touches of gold.

Best. Party. Ever. was a recurring theme as the planning progressed. Cassie and Evan wanted to reflect their fun-loving side as well throughout the events of the weekend. They incorporated local wine tasting into a luncheon for guests as well as a lovely rehearsal dinner in the 1920s art deco styled Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club dining room. They were sure to get each guest in on the photo action by taking a group shot of all of their guests after the ceremony wearing their branded #ToastingTipton sunglasses.

Joyful tears were shed throughout the intimate affair, displaying how deeply each guest cares for the bride and groom and how celebrated their union as newlyweds is!
