Long-Awaited Church Micro Wedding Shared by Kelsey Crews
Today’s featured couple had been anticipating their special day since before the pandemic began. Finally, after a change in plan and a lot of patience the bride and groom were married during an intimate ceremony at the landmark Santa Barbara Mission. Kelsey Crews Photo captured the event from images of the couple in front of the church’s historical and colorful architecture to a photoshoot at the beach with palm trees and waves in the background.
The reception, hosted at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara’s Ocean Terrace, was green-inspired featuring succulent centerpieces and both avocado toast and green drinks for guests to enjoy. Ella & Louie crafted purple and pink floral designs for the event to match the naked two-tier wedding cake. Riviera Productions also helped the couple to memorialize the day with expert videography services.
From Kelsey Crews:
I am so excited to share this Santa Barbara Wedding Photography Sneak Peek for Jessica and Taylor. Their wedding was three years in the making! I had booked this wedding before the pandemic. Words cannot explain how special it was to finally see them get married. The beautiful couple decided on a micro wedding here with another reception elsewhere later in the year.
Since it was a small wedding, I was able to spend a little more time with the couple alone. I think it is clear by looking at these images how much fun we had! We were able to capture Jessica and Taylor among a few different amazing Santa Barbara backdrops. Their gorgeous and meaningful wedding ceremony was at the Santa Barbara Mission and their loving intimate reception was held on the Ocean Terrace at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara. It was truly a magical day. Congratulations, Jessica & Taylor!
