Pricing: $40,000 which includes the following:

• SATURDAY use of the main residence for the entire day - great room, restrooms, and 3 guest rooms – as well as the patio/pool area, lawn, and olive grove, which are adjacent to the house (house must be vacated upon completion of dinner)

• Use of other sites around the ranch including a beautiful 3-acre pond with party pit and dock, a 60’by 100’ Quonset-style barn with concrete floor, and a picnic area in the vineyards with tree coverage, a built-in barbecue, and a huge fire pit

• FRIDAY set-up day; can be used for rehearsal dinner or other wedding-related events, if desired

• SUNDAY strike day

• MONDAY trash and bathroom pick up
