Oceanside Estate Wedding with Shabby Chic Details
Villa della Famiglia, a luxury wedding setting in Santa Barbara with an ocean view, hosted this couple's shabby chic wedding day. The bride picked a fitted trumpet wedding gown and her 'maids wore soft blush bridesmaid dresses. The adorable flower girl wore a simple white sundress and flower crown by Ella & Louie. Ceremony was held on the wedding venue’s lawn with the view of the ocean behind them.
At the wedding cocktail hour, the seating card display featured a shabby chic frame and strung lace with guests seating cards pinned to it. Shabby chic lounges from Milk & Honey, an event planning and wedding rental company, featured elegant Persian rugs with turn of the Victorian chaise lounges. Reception dinner was enjoyed al fresco and for the sweet heart table the couple went all out. A loose, organic garland decorated the table and behind, an elegant chandelier hung over head. Swagged fabric and lush white florals decorated the arbor behind the table.
For the wedding cake table, an old buffet was used and styled with loose florals in the drawers. And the elegant white cakes by Ara's Cakes were decorated with blackberries on the branch. All was captured by Santa Barbara wedding photographer Kiel Rucker and planned by the expert wedding coordinators at Ann Johnson Events.
