5. Vendor Listings & Event Participation

• Vendor Responsibilities: Vendors submitting listings must ensure accuracy and compliance with advertising guidelines.

• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee bookings, leads, or engagements for vendors.

• Event Attendee Information: If you attend an event, your name and email may be shared with participating vendors.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Use

• No Class Actions: You waive any right to file a class-action lawsuit against us.

• Small Claims Exception: You may file a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
