Tasty Tuesday: Colorful Vegetarian Wedding by Catering Connection
Catering Connection has been perfecting the art and journey of creating flawless food for over 20 years. The Santa Barbara catering team’s expertise and dedication to going above and beyond simply providing a meal shines through in today’s stunning wedding, photographed by Yours Truly Media.
Held at the esteemed Cate School, one would’ve been pressed to find a corner of the venue devoid of bright, beautiful color. Following a truly heartfelt ceremony, Catering Connection added to the vibrant atmosphere with a lineup of tasteful hors d’oeuvres. Guest enjoyed zucchini and goat cheese tartlets, drizzle flatbreads with Kalamata olives and fresh arugula, and white bean and rosemary tapenade served on pita chips - just to name a few.
To set the scene for the evening’s meal, the couple provided colorful table overlays from their travels and each table displayed a special postcard from various countries. Ventura Rentals and Spark Creative Events also helped to create the perfect atmosphere with wedding rentals. As the couple and their guests settled in, the award-winning caterers provided a vegetarian feast made with only the freshest, locally-grown ingredients.
Dinner began with garlic bread and a panzanella salad featuring ripe tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and red onions. The main course was a showstopper with ricotta ravioli accompanied by broccolini and butter beans, quinoa salad with roasted pistachios, and sautéed green beans.
With the help of Catering Connection the event was exceptionally authentic and even included a tea ceremony for one more unique element. The day filled with color and smiles quickly turned into an experience that will not soon be forgotten.
